Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

So that means either it's been more than 15 days since you deleted the 1a work so it's gone forever. Or, when you were doing the form to get your SF accout, you clicked Submit more than once and you got more than 1 account with the same username and you did the 1a work in one account but you are working now in another account. Then you need to get back into the original account wheret the 1a work was done and install the grader there and grade it.
Check to see if you have multiple Welcome emails from Salesforce. If so, they probably all have the same username. (This is a bug at Salesforce's end that they are working on - no two accounts should ever have the same username.)
But every one of the emails comes with a unique custom login link/URL that IS different for every acount, even if they have the same username. If you click on that link, it takes you to log into that one account. Try each one, looking for your 1a PItch object. If you find it, then you need to install the grader there and grade it.
This link explains how to use the unique domain part of the custom login link to install the grader into that one accout:
If you don't find your 1a work in any of those accounts, then it's gone and you'll need to repeat those steps. But it'll go a lot faster now that you've done it once already.
And from now on be sure to grade every lab before moving onto the next one. The cover and trailer page of every lab remind you to do that in big red font warnings so be sure to read instructions carefully, including the cover sheet, every time, to ensure you don't run into problems that take way longer to fix in the end, ok?
