The MaxzPlace website is provided solely as support for students using the Max Labs. We don't collect any personally identifiable information from this site except for names & email addresses on postings to the Help Forum or Comment Wall and those are only ever used for communicating with you about your posts. We never share that information with anyone else, ever, period.

When you use PayPal to purchase Max's Pitch Package while working Lab 1b, we do ask for the college/university you are at to help us manage our support relationships only. PayPal collects billing information but forwards us only the name and billing/shipping address information they use to complete the transaction, along with the amount and time/date of the transaction. We never see your credit card or any account details. (PayPal is committed to ensuring their users' privacy as a top priority–see their privacy hub page.)

When you sign up for your free Salesforce account, they collect your name and email address and basic information including geographic region, institution (university) name and role (eg "Developer").
