Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

post in the right category

Lab 3b step 101

in Lab 3b

I competed steps up to 100. For step 101,

Under Step 4: Select the template to use, click the magnifying glass next to Email Template

to bring up the Lookup popup window and click auto-response template for incoming web

leads for me to populate it into the textbox

Auto response template does not pop up. I did click on "Activate" but still it does not pop up.

Would you please help me.

Ok, I can take a look if you grant me access to your account by doing these 3 steps and letting me know when you've completed them:

Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that

• 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save

Ok, I accessed your account and it looks like you never did Step 72-84 where you are supposed to create the autoresponse template that you say isn't showing up. It's not there in your list of Classic Email Template so it doesn't exist and that would explain why it's not showing up in Step 101. You need to do those steps you missed, 72-84, and then it will exist and it will show up in Step 101.

If you think you did 72-84 already, you may have been using a browser that does not support the 3rd-party or cross-site cookied required in which case Salesforce gave you an option to toggle into the old Classic interface and then things may have gone awry. You want to make sure you have followed the browser settings given at the top of the Lab 1a cover page that will allow Salesforce's full functionality.
