I just submitted lab 3b and I got a 90% but there wasn’t a way for me to get full credit because when it had me put my email into the lab, it was saying error because it wasn’t the right email as my Salesforce email but it was the correct one.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Oh, well the agentforce.com one in your last screencap isn't a valid email - it's just the username they assign you and they make it in the form of an email address.
But not sure why the 2nd screencap is giving you that message. Please do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
