I'm on step 87 and I do not have an option for "auto-respond template for incoming web leads for me". I have double-checked and it looks like I have completed all of the previous steps correctly. Is there something else I could be doing wrong?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Save the Lead Auto-Response Rules
Double-check if the "auto-respond template for incoming web leads for me" is set to "Available to Use"
Under Home, Administration, Email, Classic Email Templates. Find the "auto-respond template for incoming web leads for me" template and see if there a checkmark under the "Available to Use" column.
If not, then edit the template and make sure the "Available to Use" checkmark is present. Try Step 87 again by editing the Lead Auto-Response Rules to see if the "auto-respond template for incoming web leads for me" comes under the email template option.
