On step # 144, the last screenshot we're supposed to take shows that we're supposed to have the "October 2019" slot right under Upcoming and Overdue section. It's supposed to say "Email: Thank you for your inquiry." However, on my end, it doesn't show this. The picture below shows the way it looks on my end. Is this normal? how do I fix it to make it look like the screenshot that's placed after step 144?

No, the line that is missing there tells me that your auto-response rule is not working. It was supposed to send a thank-you email as soon as the lead (you) hit the Submit button. So go back and check the auto-response rule settings and make sure they match up with the picture after Step 88. It's in Steps 71-88 that you probably made a mistake. Once you find and fix it, just redo Steps 130-137 to add Miles Dyson again (you can delete the existing one first), and see if it works the 2nd time.
If not, then do these 3 steps and let me know when they're done so I can get into your account and see what's wrong:
1. Log in and click on your name (upper right) and click My Settings
2. Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
