After entering the information for Miles Dyson, for step 153, it says to check your email for my new lead. But, it says that SalesForce cannot create this new lead.
Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

Yeah that happens if some setting(s) in your Flow got messed up. At this point, it's easiest to delete the Flow and remake it using Steps 34-71, making sure you get every step just right. Then when you try adding Miles Dyson it should work.
But to delete a Flow takes a few steps which are shown here:
