When I tried to get into Riley's account this is what is shown. "You haven't selected an answer to your password hint. Try the following: Contact your company's administrator for assistance." Can you help me please because I can't move on :( Thank you!
Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
