It did not show me the Investment Potential option. May you please help me to fix it? Thank you

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Probably when you created it you clicked quickly thru the Next, Next, Save part so those pages you were skipping over didn't get a chance to fully load and execute their code. Part of that code makes the field visible to all the users, including yourself. To make it visible so it shows up, go to Setup > Object Manager > Leads and click on Fields & Relationships and click on Investment Potential (NOT on Edit). Then click Set Field-Level Security (upper center of the page). Then click the checkbox next to the column-header Visible. That will turn on the field’s visibility for all user types listed below, including yours (Admin). Then click Save and when you go back to Step 42, then Investment Potential should be showing up properly.

My Step 42 was ok now, but after steps 128 and 129, I could not get the correct results as my professor requested. I attached pictures below. May you please take a look at them and let me know how to fix them properly? It seemed like I made huge mistakes somewhere, but I could not spot them.
I deleted the lead members, then did it again from step 102 (part 2). However, the system did not send me emails to check if I was correct or not. May you please give me instructions to fix it as well?

@victoria tran Sure, it doesn't seem like a big problem. It looks like there must be a typo in the templates in the part about the Email address. You can go back to the templates and edit them to fix that part. Make sure that part looks exactly like what is shown in the instructions in the image after Step 51. Maybe you left out the exclamation mark (!) or something?
Once you have it fixed, then you can delete the 3 leads you added and try entering the leads again (102-127) to see if it works now.

I had the same problem with Investment Potential, but when I checked it if fields & relationships I did not even have it. I am not sure when I missed this step, but can I create it now? and how
Sure, Kamila. Got to the Setup gear and click it and click Setup.
Then do 3a Steps 15-18.
Then skip down and do Steps 25-29.
That will and the Investment Potential field

Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save

@Jenny Ni Ok, I accessed your account and I see you did add Investment Potential correctly. Where is it not showing up? Can you show me a screencap that shows where it is missing for you?
I think I know what your issue is now. When you are creating the email template and you go to insert the Lead fields, you are looking down the list of fields in alphabetical order and you don't see Investment Potential in the list but you have to scroll to the bottom to find Investment Potential. The ones above are the automatically included Lead fields. The ones at the bottom are the custom ones you create & added yourself.

You're skipping Step 41 where change Contact Fields to Lead Fields. You're looking at Contact Fields.
