So it does not show "In response....." So in short I skipped step 143 by mistake

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.

Ok, so I think the best/easiest thing at this point would be to delete the Kyle Reese lead that you had created and recreate it using Steps 102, 103 and then 112-118 and then click Save. That will give you a fresh new Kyle Reese lead.
Then do 130-144 to set up the email. (You can skip the formatting stuff in 145-147 and just do 148 to click Send. Then do 149-157 and you should get correct screencap at the end. Just be sure not to skip the subject step this time, of course.
