So in question 83: i dont see I can choose Riley.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Are you sure you created her as a user in Steps 1-14? If so, maybe you misspelled her name then so it's not matching now?
If you've checked and you're sure she's a user and her name is spelled correctly, then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and see what the problem is:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
