I got the two emails meant for Riley, but I didn't get the email that was meant for me. It is not in any of my spam or junk folders, it just was not sent. I have looked back and don't understand how to resend the email. Can you help me with this?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Well first go to Setup > Users > Users and click on yourself as a user and make sure that the email address you had set for yourself is the one you are checking for that message. If it is a valid address and it's the one you're checking and not finding anything for then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and take a look:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
