
Hello for some reason i dont see step 84 and 85 doesnt appear on my lab i did whole thing twoce already and still doesnt appera I dont know what I am doing wrong
Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Well the error message is saying you're trying to save the rule but there's no email template specified in that slot (on the lower right). Are you saying that you're clicking on the magnifying glass and not getting a list of templates to choose from?
yes sorry worded it incorrectly when i click magnifying glass not correct list template i have to choose one that says alert Riley about the new bay area lead it doesnt come up for me
Ok do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you're done and I'll get in and see what's happening:
Click on the character at the upper right corner and then, in the popup, click “Settings”
On the left vertical menu, click on “Grant Account Login Access”
On the row for The Max Labs Project, use the menu to change “—No Access—“ to “1-Month…”

Ok Nancy so I logged into your account and found the problem. When making the first template, you skipped Step 35 which sets the template to be "Available for Use". Then when you cloned it, the clones got the same setting - not Available for Use so they didn't show up when you clicked the mag glass.
So I edited one of your templates and checked Available for Use. Then I edited your lead assignment rule and clicked the mag glass and that template appeared. See below:
Ok, so I'm going to uncheck it now so everything is back to where you were and you can go into your templates, edit them, and check Available for Use and then go back to Step 84/85 and it will work, ok?
Remember, as you go forward, computers are picky so be sure to do every single step or things get messed up.

Sorry another issue came up dont know what I am doing wrong step 128-129 i recieve 3 emails
@Nancy De La Cruz Nancy, I've been working on this for awhile this morning and logged into your account and found that it is working fine - I get the correct email with sarah conner's name and email address, not like what you're showing above. Did you fix it already without letting me know? Or are you still having some kind of problem? If so, please let me know what it is. I don't see any problem.
@timhill9 i do receive the email but it doesn't show name address does that matter? I got to final step that one was perfect no issue but the 3 images of the 3 emails i am suppose to recieve i do get the emails but they don't have correct information in the name and email part

@Nancy De La Cruz Ok, so I found the problem and I corrected part of it for you. I'll leave the rest to you.
The problem is with your templates. For the fields that weren't showing up in your emails, you had typed them like this {!Lead. LastName} with a space after the period. They don't work when you do that. They are supposed to appear without the period like this {!Lead.LastName}. That is why the instructions say to Copy/Paste them - to make sure you get them right. I took out the extra space for the first name and last name ones and they worked. You'll need to fix the others the same way and then they'll work fine.
Then you can just re-add those 3 leads to get the 3 emails you need.
