

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.

I think. you mean 142, right? Anyway, try logging out, closing your browser, reopening it and logging back in again.
If that doesn't work then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and see if I can find something else. Let me know when you're done, ok?
Here are the steps:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
