I finished step 129 and received all 3 emails, however, the email to Riley about $450k investment from Sarah Connor is supposed to say its from "outside the Bay Area" and mine says its "from the Bay Area." Therefore, I have 2 emails to Riley saying they are both from the Bay Area. I guess when I added the "outside" it didn't save. How can I fix this and resend the email?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.

Well, without a screencap I can't tell if you mean the mistake is in the subject or the body, but either way, you probably just need to go back to edit the template (do Steps 30-32 and then click on the template you want to edit) to make the fix and then redo Steps 102-111 to add Sarah Connor again and that will trigger another email.

Well the lead records if you open them up contain date/time data so you could use that to figure out which is which but honestly you could leave them both there at this point if you want. It won’t hurt anything. Promise!
