Hello, I tried doing this assignment yesterday and noticed when cloning emails (around step 52) the email I was cloning would disappear once I save a new. I kept going and at the end it gave me a very low grade and the options to click 2 of the emails later in the steps of 3A were non existant. So I went back in and started over at step 30. When I did this, it said error this information has already been submitted. Today, I went in and deleted everything relating to the emails to start over, but the emails I clone are still disappearing. I confirmed that I hit "available for use in step 35" but it still is not working. Thank you for your time.

Ok, I think this all may be due to the browser privacy/security settings you're using. I see you're using Safari - the necessary settings for Safari, Chrome and Firefox are given at the top of the Lab 1a cover sheet. Under Safari's preferences, for Privacy, you have to uncheck "Prevent cross-site tracking".
I think that would have prevented you from saving your first template and given you an option to switch to the Classic interface. I see a couple of your screencaps are in Classic. But you don't want that - the interface doesn't match the steps and will mess things up. You want to click on Switch to Lightning Experience on the upper right, by your name.
Also, I see from some of your screencaps you were working on HTML templates rather than just Text ones so that complicated things too.
So I suggest fixing the Safari setting first. Then Switch to Ligthning Experience so you are in the right interface. Then delete the templates you have and start that section again, to create the first one and clone the others and it will work this time with the Safari settings created. And then go from there.
Let me know, ok?
