Each time I try to save this step, the "last name" field erases and says this error message. I have gotten this a few times and will just move on but I don't think I can just move on with this one. I'm unsure how to solve this issue. (I have clicked "enter" and "tab" to try and fix this)

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I’ve been using a fairly new computer, possibly could be a browser issue. I will use this information if another issue occurs. Thank you for all of your help, I really appreciate it!

Thank you for the response! Yes, when I enter anything in the “Last Name” field it just resets and gives me that message. I granted access because I just checked my security, cookie settings, browser and still get this error message.
Hmm...that's one I've never seen before. You're saying you fill in something for Last Name and when you click Save, that slot erases and you get the error, right?
My best guess is that it's a browser issue - some security setting or something. Have you tried another browser?
There are some browser settings given at the top of the Lab 1a cover page - did you set those already for the browser you're using?
If you try all that and it's still not working, then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
