Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

explain the problem clearly
Despite having a filter to show addresses containing "Mountain View", only Anu appears. Julia should be there too, as her address also contains Mountain View. I also don't know how to fix the ID from "0001}" to just "0001". I edited the mistake where I accidentally made the format "{0000}}". but it said it would only apply the change to future contacts and not fix existing ones. I'm not sure how to fix this problem.
