During step 120, when I search for Julia Chavez for the contact name, there are no results found. However, the other 2 parts (email and enthusiasm), matches were found.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Hmm..ok, are you sure you did Steps 49-58? Those are where you would have added Julia's record into the Contact object. If not, then you can go back and do that and then return to Step 120.
If you're sure you already added her back then, then do these 3 steps so I can look into your account and see what's happening:
1) Log in and click on you name (upper right) and click My Settings
2) Click Personal (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
3) On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 Month and click Save
