Sir/Miss,
I have worked on step 1-26 and the list view has just been created. Why I cannot click on "Select Fields to Display" from the drop down (step 27) ?
Please help.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

You're looking at the Recently Viewed listview. It only shows the records you looked at recently. Click "Recently Viewed" to see the dropdown and choose any existing listview that you made already. Or create a New listview and then add the columns you want to that.
