Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Yeah, not sure why you would be wanting to start over after getting toward the end, but it yeah, it's not really easy because you've change the whole structure of the database by then.
Why don't you tell me what it is you're trying to do by starting over and maybe I can help you find a way to get there without actually starting it over.
I believe around step 54 when i needed to select a certain file that was associated with a date i ran into an issue where i could not see dates on the different mtg-xx files in the meeting tab. so I decided to delete them and start over to make sure i did not make mistakes previously. although now when i re attempt to input data into the drop area step 15 i dont have a perfect match of fields and cannot proceed with the lab
after reviewing the help forum on lab 2b there is a step 17 that explains how to "fix" the unmapped fields by making new fields and relations. this is what displays for those fields and relations that arent mapping. what is indexed? should i delete these and fill in information from step (74-79) ?
Well, I can't really tell what is going on from what you are saying and your screencaps so just do these steps and then I can access your account myself and see what is going on and let you know.
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Then I will need your Salesforce Org ID so I can find your account:
Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.
In the middle panel, look down in the left column for Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and post it to me.
