Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Ok, do those same 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok? (This is the new account, right? I don't see that you used the promo code, did you?)
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Which account are you using now? I thought you were getting a new account and using the promo code I gave you but I don't see that it was used. Are you still using one of the old accounts? I need the account number for whichever account you want help with now.
