Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Lab 2b, I am done at step 85. How can I continue step 86?
Well from your screencap, it's telling you you have errors on that page but it looks like they occur farther down on the form. Can you scroll down or zoom out your browser so more of the form shows? It is probably that you didn't fill in Last Name or some required field but the error is not showing in your screencap. Try Crtl-minus or Cmd-minus to zoom out your browser so more of the form shows and I can see what part of the form the error is on, ok?
