Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:
post in the right category

My "Related Lists" is MIA. I made an error in my first go around and deleted all the properties in the related list box so I started over deleting my original "meetings" object and made a new "meetings" object thinking it would regenerate the related list properties, it did not. Don't know what else to do.

Well, the screencap you're showing is for the Meeting object. It doesn't have a related list and that's correct. If you look at the Page Layout for the Pitch object, there should be Meeting down there as a Related List. Remember there is a list of Meetings that goes with one Pitch, right?
Assuming you defined the Pitch field correctly in your new Meeting object (Steps 65-73) then Pitch will have a related list of Meetings.
