

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
When I go back and redo step 68 it says I already have the pitch in there, but the grader app is not picking it up.
Are you sure you re-ran the scoring routine with the Developer Console and refreshed the page to see the new scores after you made the fix?
Yes I did. I did that multiple times.
I even restarted my laptop but the score stays the same.
Ok, if you do these 3 steps then I can access your account and try to fix it for you:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
