Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

Yeah, for some reason you deleted that record on 3/14 but I restored it for you so they are all there now and you should be good to go. Just be careful and make sure you're doing each step correctly and you should be fine.

I can't really tell without you posting a screencap so I can see what you're seeing but both numbers are wrong. There should just be 10 of them.
At the beginning of Lab 1b, you are supposed to delete the old Pitch object you made in Lab 1a. Did you do that? I suspect not. So when you imported the 10 records from MaxsPitchDataFile, you probably added those 10 to the 4 that you added during Lab 1a.
If so, that's not going to work for you. You need to delete that original Pitch object so you are using the new one that got added as part of Max's Pitch Package and import into that and use that one from now on.
