So on the step on MaxLabs 2a where you need to delete 2 of the Spray & Pray Ventures, I accidentally deleted one of the wrong ones. The remaining pitch id was supposed to be P-012, mine was 011. The grader gave me the way to fix it was to plug in the proper information that was in 012, but that did not change my grade. So it seems to me that the issue is just that the pitch id # is different than what it is supposed to be. At the start of 2b, the directions say the pitch ID's need to be correct. (001-009) then 012. And it says if they are incorrect, you can go to the link provided to download a file to fix it. But the file was only related to 1-9, which I already had correct. While trying to fix the issue myself I created new pitches, and had to delete a few of them. So I am up to P-016 now. So I am really stuck on this and the only way I can see fixing it is to make a new salesforce account and start from the beginning. The extra pitches are now deleted so my screenshot is what the situation looks like as of right now.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Ok, John. I got everything fixed for you. I restored you P-012 record and moved the 3 Meeting records over to go with that one instead of P-011 and then I deleted P-011. Now you have a 100% on 2a and you're in good shape to do 2b properly, including importing the rest of the Meeting records.

Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
