Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.

Yeah, actually, I think that will mess up the chart you make next. You need to remove that date-based filter you added to the report by clicking Save. You should be able to edit the report and delete that filter. If you can’t figure out how, then do these 3 steps so I can access you account and do it for you: 1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings 2. Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save Let me know when you’ve done them.
Do I only remove the follow up date filter?
Ok I've completed the 3 steps.
Ok, it's fine now. It appears you can't remove it completely but I set it to "All time" so it doesn't remove any of the rows that way. Now you can go on and you'll have the full set of data and get the right graph points.
