
Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Oh! Yeah, strange. Well, glad it's working now on one of them at least.
Well the 3 steps were to allow me to access your account which I'll do now.
I'm using Google Chrome. Explorer gives me an error message. I tried your steps, but after GRANT ACCOUNT LOGIN ACCESS, I get a blank screen again.
Ok, first what browser are you using? Maybe try a different one. If that doesn't help,
then, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and check it out:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Just a glitch in Wifi, etc. I think. Try closing out the browser and restarting. Let me know, ok?
