I am attempting to use the new iPad for Sales Force and am not able to open the lightning experience. I am sent to a help screen which then sends me directly back to where I started. How can I fix this?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Try going to Salesforce.com and then click Safari's share button and select "Request Desktop Site"

Salesforce just released Lightning mode for iPad browsers in June. It is currently still in beta mode. Please see the release notes on how to enable Lightning mode.
