Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!

Not sure what you mean about Step 83 not letting you log in. You mean you left off after Step 82 and you logged out and now you can't log back into your account? If so, they you have to try Salesforce's password recovery and if that doesn't work, you have to get a new account and start over. We don't have any control over Salesforce's accounts, just the lab instructions.
Or if you mean you ARE logged in and you're getting some kind of error message, then post a screencap so I can see what you're talking about.
