Hello,
I've followed the steps word by word and yet I'm getting this error. Tried changing it to "Fields and Relationship" so that the field name won't show any underscores ( _ ) between words and it doesn't let me. Please help.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Oh, well the underscores thing isn't the issue. That's just the way the grader messages show the fields. Rather it looks like you have included the Comments field in the left column and it belongs in the right column. So you just need to go to Object Manager > Pitch > Layouts > Pitch Layout and then move Comments over from the left column to the bottom of the right column and click Save and then regrade and both errors should go away.
