I'm working on step 84. After I downloaded the Salesforce app and got through the verification process, the app just keeps loading for hours. It does not show up anything on the phone screen. Please tell me what should I do?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Try to reinstall the Salesforce App and login with your credentials. If it continues again, you can skip the steps involving the the Salesforce Mobile App and go to Step 92 to continue back on your laptop.
