Aloha, I created my account and tried to install MaxLabGrader to my salesforce account, however when I tried to login in I keep getting "Invalid password". I have reset my password, however it still does not login. My username is jazmynef@hawaii.edu.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

My guess is that maybe when you were first getting your account, you submitted the form and then waited a bit and submitted it again and now you have two Salesforce accounts with that same username but the password is set for only one of them. Look in your inbox and see if you have two (or more) Welcome emails from Salesforce. If so, then that's probably it.
Each one will show a different custom login link that is for just the one account. Click that link on the first one and try to log in. If that doesn't work, try the link in the 2nd one and see if that works.
