Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I did do my lab 1a and 1b. I also got the certificate for both but when I started lab2b, my pitches is gone.
It looks like you're trying to provide us access to your account so we can help you with some issue. But I don't know what your issue is. You need to explain what you're stuck on - like which steps and what looks wrong.
And we are not Salesforce support. We are the Max Labs Project support but that option for access is not showing in your screencap because you haven't installed Max's Pitch Package which you were supposed to do at the beginning of Lab 1b which you should have completed before starting 2a. 2a won't work unless you do 1b first, as stated at the top of the 2a cover page. (The labs build on each other.) And we can't help until you've installed Max's Pitch Package and THEN you can give us access.
