Step 19 - Lab 3a

Hi!


I'm having some problems with step 19. It states: "On the lefthand side, under ADMINISTRATION, click Users and then find & click Users under that (just below User Management Settings)." The issue I am having is that I am not able to find the "User management settings" button under administration. I have searched for it and it isn't there and without this step I cannot move onto the next. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place? But I am not sure where else to look. I am signed into the correct account that the instructions have requested and I followed everything but it seems I just don't have this feature?

I wanted to give an update, when I DO click on users for step 19, this is what I get and I'm unable to do step 20 which says "On the row for Riley, check the checkbox on the left & click Reset Password(s) to make SF send another account activation msg to “Riley’s” email (you were supposed to set Riley’s email address to be same as yours when you set her up as a user last time–whatever you set it to then, that’s where this msg will go now)" because I'm unable to unclick the checkmark box. And I don't see an option for resetting a password?

Ok try clicking on edit for her and then there should be an option for resetting
