Yeah, unfortunately, only Salesforce itself has control over your login & pw and they don't really support these accounts much since they're free, so if you can't remember your pw, you may have to get a brand new account but you don't have to start completely over. If you tell me where you're wanting to start, I can give you short cuts to catch up fairly quickly with the new account.
Go get your new account with the instructions & link from Lab 1a and then email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com and tell me where you should be at and I'll tell you how to get there as quickly as possible and without paying again.
