Hello, I have dowloaded the MaxpitchCSV file. However, it will won't upload, I keep receiving an error message.
@Erica Spencer It sounds like you're opening the file and then saving it and thereby changing the file so it's not in the correct format when you try to import.
Or maybe when you go to find the file, you're not actually finding the correct file that you just downloaded. Are you using the drag & drop method or the method where you click the CSV and then choose the file method? Maybe try the other one and see if that helps. If not, let me know, ok?
