Import Error from Step 46

Saw a similar post to my current error. Did everything as instructed, but there is no individual information at all despite it saying uploaded successfully.

Ok so first post a screencap to show me exactly what you're seeing that looks wrong.


Then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and see what's wrong and let me know when you've done them:


  1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings

  2. Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that

  3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
